Strike Guard Lightning Data Receiver & WAVE Transmitter mounted in WxEIB.
The Wxline Equipment Indoor Bulkhead (WxEIB) provides electrical and environmental protection for the Strike Guard Lightning Data Receiver and WAVE Transmitter. The WxEIB consists of a polycarbonate enclosure with a clear viewing window to allow the user to view the status indications of the components without opening the WxEIB.
The WxEIB is fully factory assembled to allow for uniform field installations that protect the equipment to ensure many years of trouble-free operation. The Strike Guard, WAVE components, and surge arresters are bonded via the metal mounting plate to keep all devices at equal electrical potential.
The use of RF- and AC- surge suppressors protects Strike Guard and WAVE equipment from lightning surge currents and over-voltages. The AC surge arrester includes a status LED to indicate a normal or fail condition.
• Simplified field installation • Best-practices lightning protection for Wxline components • External antenna mount and external power connection • Liquid-tight connectors for fiber cable in/out penetrations • Attractive enclosure with clear viewing window • Simple, user-friendly mounting scheme •Solar-power option for WxEIB for remote base-station operation

Strike Guard Lightning Data Receiver& WAVE Transmitter mounted in WxEIB with flat-panel touchscreen PC.
The Wxline Personal Computer (PC) is factory-installed into the standard Wxline Equipment Indoor Bulkhead (WxEIB) to provide a fully-integrated base installation of the Strike Guard Lightning Data Receiver, WAVE Transmitter, and Strike View Software. The industrial touch-screen flat panel PC operates Strike View Software in the Windows 10 Pro operating system.
The PC is dedicated to run Strike View reliably and eliminates the need for the end-user to provide a dedicated workstation. The WxEIB with touch-screen PC provides an Ethernet connection port to allow workstations on the Local Area Network (LAN) to run Strike View Clients. Strike View generated email notifications are sent directly from the Wxline PC to the recipients via an email server. An integral speaker provides for audible notification of lightning mode changes.
The WxEIB with PC features a clear viewing window that allows the user to monitor the status of the WAVE Transmitter without opening the enclosure. The simplified installation provides attractive, fully integrated package built for reliability, durability, and convenience.
